In the midst of the storm with no electricity, water, heat and some of the vinyl siding ripped off my house, my friend Bev said “you’re always so positive. Love that about you”, when I was in ICU, she said you always have faith. Deuteronomy 31:8 says “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Mark 11:24 says “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. These are just some of the scriptures that strengthen my faith. Lately the hits keep on hitting and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t gotten discouraged from time to time, but I realize that’s just the enemy kicking me when I’m down.  This morning is a perfect example of God’s faithfulness and love for us.
